This summer, Andrew Agutos will be Artist in Residence at art'otel London Hoxton. During the residency, he will develop a new body of paintings for a solo exhibition opening in August. Alongside the studio residency, Museum & Co. will present a series of conversations, screenings, studio visits and events throughout July and August.

ABOUT THE RESIDENCY

art'otel is focused on incorporating contemporary art within its international line of hotels. Each location collaborates with a signature artist to shape the hotel's visual identity, with British-artist D*Face lending his iconic, comic-infused street art to the London Hoxton tower. In addition to art'otel's signature artists, the hotel hosts artists for 1–2 month residencies year-round inside their designated art studio. This includes access to present work throughout the hotel's facilities and gallery, as well as constant engagement with traveling guests.
