This painting documents a meal shared with his family at an Afro-Caribbean restaurant in Paris. Through it's warm palette and patterns, this work evokes the texture of home and Afro-Caribbean culture.
The image was later sampled in a large-scale mural painted by JOMAD & ANDREW in Macouria, French Guiana (2024).
