🔴 This piece has been sold.

To coincide with JOMAD's debut Paris solo exhibition PARADE, we are happy to announce the artist's first publication of writings: inspirations and thought processes towards painting. Written in French, each excerpt includes English translations. This 88-page book highlights JOMAD's personal memories and artwork including her "Flowers" series for the show, with foreword written by Andrew Agutos.

This book is less of an exhibition catalogue and more so an intimate collection of thoughts and images from life and studio, accompanying a visually stimulating body of work. The work in the show share a high level of intensity, with varying applications of the flower and figurative movement. The color palette evokes a spirit that is optimistic, nostalgic, and overall, Caribbean."
